Aishwarya S. Nair

Chief Operating Officer

Aishwarya S Nair is an engineer experienced with a Bachelors of Technology degree in Electronics and Communication. She has previously worked for over two years on power generation projects dealing with the development and testing of automation systems.

Aishwarya is currently responsible for managing the operational and administrative functions at The Shard.

Our leaders bring experience from top global firms and diverse industries, yet share a common passion for client service and innovation. For example, our Chief Actuary and Managing Partners are all qualified Fellows and industry veterans, while our Head of Analytics merges actuarial science with cutting-edge data science expertise.
