Lindiwe is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa and member of the corporate counsel association of South Africa.

She has vast experience in providing legal advice and drafting and reviewing agreements for various types of corporate transactions including domestic medium term note placements; sale of book deb transactions; syndicated loan transactions; private equity transactions, specialised structured lending transactions; and securitisation transactions.

Our leaders bring experience from top global firms and diverse industries, yet share a common passion for client service and innovation. For example, our Chief Actuary and Managing Partners are all qualified Fellows and industry veterans, while our Head of Analytics merges actuarial science with cutting-edge data science expertise.
