Mathias Sithole (FIA, FASSA)
Managing Director: Actuarial
Mathias Sithole is an approved valuator and liquidator of both Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution retirement funds as well as a Key Individual in terms of the FAIS Act.
He holds a BCom (Hons) Actuarial Science and has over 13 years’ industry experience in the financial services industry with a strong focus on consulting to corporates on employee benefits, investment strategies and financial risk mitigation options.
Mathias is a Fellow member of the Actuarial Society of South Africa and the Faculty of Actuaries as well as a member of the Actuarial Society of South Africa Damages Committee.
Our leaders bring experience from top global firms and diverse industries, yet share a common passion for client service and innovation. For example, our Chief Actuary and Managing Partners are all qualified Fellows and industry veterans, while our Head of Analytics merges actuarial science with cutting-edge data science expertise.
